Back Office Training - Processors/Closers/Underwriters only

Loan Officers, employed by a Commission-approved participating lender, train with our programs to assist homebuyers to qualify for more home using programs offered at the Commission, including our first mortgage programs and downpayment assistance programs. The Commission's programs can help you increase your loan production serving more customers and your community.

Real Estate Professionals will learn how to assist customers in using our loan programs as they search for their home. The Commission's loan programs can help you sell more homes, play an important role in the community, and serve more customers.

Nonprofit Professionals will learn how to assist potential homebuyers with downpayment assistance, bridging the affordability gap by offering a Commission first mortgage program.
