Advanced Downpayment Assistance Program Training
In response to frequent requests, the Homeownership Division offers follow-up training on downpayment assistance programs. The training incorporates HomeChoice and Covenant DPA programs plus gives a more in-depth view of all downpayment programs offered at the Commission. Information on other statewide downpayment programs will also be provided. We require those who are attending this training to first attend Commission Home Loan Programs and Homebuyer Education Instructor Training. Please note: Information on Commission Home Loan Programs will also be covered, but this training does not provide the required codes to originate Commission Home Loan Programs or teach Homebuyer Education.
