UPDATE:  2024 Bond Annual Reports are due January 7, 2025, see our instructions for submitting reports for Bond-only properties!

NEW:  The Extended Vacancy/Rent-Ready report is now a eport in WBARS, the new Table 5-EVRR Report!  Read our memo to find out how it will work!  Tabe 5 will be live in WBARS on Monday, 12/9/24.

UPDATED:  FY25 Workshop Schedule has been revised, please see latest changes!
