Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Dear Lending Partners,

Effective with reservations made on or after May 17th, 2023. There will be income limit changes for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

HomeChoice DPA

Home Advantage-Needs Based DPA

Opportunity DPA

Veterans DPA

Updated income limits for the above programs can be found in each respective program manual found here.

Note: Changes for the Downpayment Assistance programs listed below will be announced June 15th.

ARCH East King County DPA
