First Amendment Revisions – Early Default Language

Please find for your review the First Amendment to the Mortgage Origination Agreement amending the Early Payment Default Language: NewLenderDocuments.htm. The new language mirrors the language used by our previous loan servicer which all of our lenders previously agreed to and adds thirty days.

If you have questions, please contact Lisa DeBrock at lisa.debrock@wshfc.org or 206-287-4461. For lenders who have already executed the Mortgage Origination Agreement, please sign 3 copies of the First Amendment.

For lenders who have not completed the Mortgage Origination Agreement, please execute 3 copies of both the Mortgage Origination Agreement and the First Amendment. The Lender Questionnaire must also be completed.

The Commission will return to you a copy of the signature pages executed by ServiSolutions and the Commission.
