Lender Participation Application Questionnaire/Agreement for New Lenders

These documents are provided for use by lending professionals who are trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. For more information about our programs, please visit us at www.wshfc.org.

Thank you for your interest in the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s (the Commission) Homeownership programs. We are continually welcoming new lenders into the Program.  In the links below, please find the minimum lender qualification requirements, brief program description, the Application to Participate/Lender Questionnaire and the Mortgage Origination Agreements for your review. You are also welcome to review our program manual at wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html for further information.  We invite your mortgage lending institution to join us in helping homebuyers in Washington State achieve the dream of homeownership with our first mortgage program and suite of downpayment assistance programs.
