Covenant Homeownership

DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Created by the 2023 Covenant Homeownership Act, this program offers assistance to homebuyers whose families were impacted by state-sanctioned housing discrimination before 1968. Learn more about the Covenant Homeownership Program. 

The documents below are provided for use by lending professionals trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. To receive training so you can offer Commission home loans and downpayment assistance, as well as teach homebuyer education classes, learn more and register for training here.
