Additional Covenant Homeownership DPA Program Training
Dear Lending, Real Estate and Non-Profit Partners,
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission launched the Covenant Homeownership Downpayment Assistance Program on July 1, 2024.
We are providing an additional opportunity for loan originators, real estate professionals and non-profit partners to attend training on this program virtually via Zoom. The zoom link will be sent out the day before each training.
The training is required for loan originators to originate this downpayment assistance program.
Please note: Loan originators must have attended our Commission Home Loan Programs training prior to attending this training.
