Covenant Homeownership DPA Pilot Program Training

Dear Lending Partners,

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to announce the launch of the Covenant Homeownership Downpayment Assistance Pilot Program on July 1, 2024.

We are providing an opportunity for loan originators to attend in-person training on this program.

The training is required for loan originators to originate this downpayment assistance program.

Please register for ONE of the in-person trainings listed below, seating is limited for each event:

-VANCOUVER, June 18, 2024, 10-11:30 am PT, Clark County Bldg,1300 Franklin St., Vancouver, WA.

-TACOMA, June 20, 2024, 10-11:30 am PT, Pierce County Environmental Services Bldg, 9850 64th St W, University Place, WA.

-SEATTLE, June 20, 2024, 3-4:30 pm PT, Burien Community Center, 14700 6th Ave SW, Burien, WA.

-EVERETT, June 21, 2024, 3:30-5:00 pm PT, Everett Community College, Jackson Senate Conference Center, 2000 Tower St, Everett, WA.

-BELLINGHAM, June 21, 2024, 10:30-noon PT, Bellingham Public Library, 210 Central Ave, Bellingham, WA.

Please find a copy of the Draft manual on our website. The Covenant program has not yet been approved by our Commissioners and changes may occur. The final version of the manual and Covenant Needs Assessment form will be posted on our website prior to July 1, 2024.

Please note: If you are unable to attend any one of the above trainings, we will provide additional trainings via Zoom sometime in July.
