Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Dear Lending Partners,

Effective April 22, 2024, there will be income limit changes for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

HomeChoice DPA

Home Advantage-Needs Based DPA

Opportunity DPA

Veterans DPA

Updated income limits for the above programs will be updated shortly in each perspective manual and on the DPA webpage.

Note: Changes for the Downpayment Assistance programs listed below will be announced by mid-summer.

ARCH East King County DPA
