Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Effective with reservations made on and after June 15, 2022.

New income limit changes for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

ARCH-East King County

Bellingham

Pierce County

Tacoma

Updated income limits for the above programs can be found in each respective program manual found here.
