Temporary Lender Online Outage

Dear Lending Partners,

The Commission is currently experiencing an unforeseen external disruption to Lender Online Reservation system that may last a few hours. The disruption is affecting our ability to accept new reservations and view uploaded loan documents. Also, lenders are unable to upload documents in the Lender Online system. Our IT department is working diligently with our provider to fix the issue.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this temporary disruption. We will make an announcement once our service is restored.
