Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Effective with reservations made on or after May 9, 2022.

Income limit changes for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

HomeChoice DPA

Home Advantage-Needs Based DPA

Opportunity DPA

Veterans DPA

Updated income limits for the above programs can be found in each respective program manual found here.

Note: Changes for the Downpayment Assistance programs listed below will be announced in July.
