We are here for your homebuyers!
Dear Partners:
We have heard a few rumors that we are out of funds and/or have shut down our programs. These statements are not true. The Commission's programs are still available.
Although we may not be able to offer all rate options every day due to fluctuations in the marketplace, we're here for you and your homebuyers. Just be sure to:
Check our rate sheet daily for available options and any rate updates.
Prepare your borrowers for a variety of scenarios and plan accordingly.
Our team is staying on top of this and is doing everything it can to keep our programs relevant in this market. We do expect rationality to return to the market over time. As markets heal, we will be sure to expand our rate sheet.
We will do our best to keep you apprised of changes. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time--and as always, thank you for participating in the Commission's programs. We appreciate all you do!
