Tacoma Downpayment Assistance Program
Dear Lending, Real Estate and Non-Profit Partners,
Exciting News!!!
We are pleased to announce the long awaited improved Tacoma Downpayment Assistance Program. In partnership with The Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority, funding is now available for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income, purchasing within the Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority city limits.
Amount Available: $600,000.
Dates of availability:
For reservations made on and after April 4, 2022 at 9:00 am PT, the following applies:
up to $30,000 in downpayment assistance.
2% simple interest, payment deferred.
The Tacoma DPA must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage program.
