Home Advantage Gov't Loans
Dear Lenders,
Due to continued market fluctuations and constraints, going forward there will be instances in which the servicer for new loan reservations may change. Some loans that may typically be slotted for Lakeview may temporarily be sent to IHFA and vice versa.
Effective with locks/reservations on or after January 3, 2023, all Home Advantage Gov't loans will temporarily be directed to IHFA, until otherwise noted. To avoid confusion, the LenderOnline reservation system will be updated to clearly reflect that IHFA will be receiving the loan for review and purchase.
Please review your reservations carefully to ensure delivery to the correct servicer.
