Tacoma Downpayment Assistance Program
Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners,
The Commission is pleased to announce the additional funding of the Tacoma Downpayment Assistance program.
Amount of Allocation Available: $200,000
Loan Reservations will be accepted for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income beginning July 9, 2021. The downpayment assistance must be used in conjunction with our Home Advantage or House Key first mortgage program.
The Tacoma downpayment manual and DPA matrix have been updated.
