Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Effective Immediately!

Income limit changes for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

Bellingham DPA

ARCH East King County DPA

Seattle DPA

Updated income limits for the above programs can be found in each respective program manual found here.

Note: Changes for the Downpayment Assistance programs listed below will be forthcoming:
