Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program
Dear Lending and Real Estate Professionals,
Good news!!!
The Commission is pleased to announce we increased the amount of downpayment assistance to $15,000, on our Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program, effective with reservations made on and after May 5th, 2021. The Opportunity DPA is used in conjunction with the House Key Opportunity first mortgage program.
The Opportunity DPA manual, the DPA matrix, the Needs Assessment form and our webpage have been updated. All other terms and conditions still apply.
