Ratios at 45.01%-50.00% with credit scores from 620-659 will no longer be eligible under the Home Advantage Government program.

Dear Lending Partners,

Due to the upcoming changes to the Home Advantage Government loans with reservations made on and after May 18, 2020, we are providing the below reminder.

Effective May 18, 2020, loans with total debt to income (DTI) ratios at 45.01%-50.00% with credit scores from 620-659 will no longer be eligible under the Home Advantage Government program.

If you currently have loans in your pipeline that meet the above criteria, please reserve funds no later than 4:00 pm PT Friday, May 15.

Note: The Home Advantage Conventional loans and the House Key program are not affected by the above changes.
