Downpayment Assistance (2nd Mortgages)
Notes & Deeds of Trust
Dear Lending Partners:
Effective Immediately.
In an effort to help reduce errors for incorrect Note and Deed of Trust used for our downpayment assistance programs, the Notes and Deeds of Trust for all of our downpayment assistance programs will be accessible via Lender OnLine. The Note and Deed of Trust will auto populate with the borrower(s) pertinent information.
The Notes and Deeds of Trust for our Downpayment Assistance programs will be removed from the "Loan Closing" section found here for Home Advantage and here for House Key Opportunity as well as the Specialty Downpayment Assitance Programs and replaced with instructions on how to access the Note and Deed of Trust in Lender OnLine.
