Income Limit Increase for DPA programs

Home Advantage & specialty DPA programs now open to more buyers

In case you missed it: This week, we raised our Home Advantage limit from $97,000 to $145,000. The new $145,000 limit also applies to the Home Advantage DPA!.

We've also raised income limits on some of our other downpayment assistance programs.

In King and Snohomish County, the income limits for Home Advantage-Needs Based, Veterans and HomeChoice have been raised from $97,000 to $103,400.

And for the Seattle DPA program, we've increased income limits for households of 7 and 8 people. See the manual here for full details.
