Connecting Homebuyers to Downpayment Help Has Never Been Easier!
Thanks to a new partnership, Commission DPA programs are easier to find.
WSHFC and Down Payment Resource (DPR) are collaborating to educate real estate professionals and lenders on how to connect homebuyers to Commission downpayment assistance through Northwest MLS.
On Northwest MLS, Find Properties Eligible for Downpayment Assistance.
Thanks to DPR, members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (MLS) can instantly see that a property is eligible for our downpayment and closing-cost assistance programs.
DPR’s national databank of 2,500 local and state homebuyer programs, including the Commission's DPA programs and many more in Washington state, is now integrated into the listing database at Northwest MLS.
