Revised Lakeview Loan Servicing
Credit and Closing Delivery Checklists
Dear Lender Contacts,
Lakeview Loan Servicing has provided updated Credit and Closing Delivery Checklists in compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) guidelines which requires that all conventional loans with Note date of September 25, 2017, or later include a successful and complete UCD Findings Report.
The closing checklist also include documents needed if you are delivering a manufactured home loan.
