Increase to Lender Compensation

We heard you loud and clear! Partner feedback has indicated lender compensation to be a top concern of all WSHFC participating lenders. Starting tomorrow, WSHFC is pleased to announce that it will be raising participating lender compensation from 2.00% to 2.25%.

Reservations made on or after September 1, 2017 will receive the following lender compensation for Home Advantage and House Key loans:

Borrower Pts Loan Sale by Lender to Servicer Net Compensation to Lender
1.00 101.25% 2.25%
0.00 102.25% 2.25%

 Additional overages are not allowed. Existing reservations may not be cancelled and re-submitted for increased compensation.
