MCC Funds Fully Allocated
Dear MCC Program Participants:
Thank you for participating in the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program.
As of March 1, 2017, all MCC funds are fully allocated.
The Commission is taking a small “waitlist” for funds that may come available due to cancellations. The loan originator will need to log onto MITAS, enter a new reservation and your request will be placed in “waitlist” status. If MCC credit does not become available, the borrowers will not receive an MCC.
As previously indicated, the Commission does not expect to receive additional MCC credit for the remainder of 2017.
Please pass this announcement on to the staff at your lending institution involved in this program.
