Lakeview Loan Servicing Shipping and Delivery Update
Dear Lending Partners:
Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC has been receiving and purchasing closed Home Advantage FHA, VA and USDA loans since November, along with the corresponding second mortgage DPA loans associated with each transaction. The Commission and Lakeview Loan Servicing are very excited as the transition has gone well.
Lakeview Loan Servicing is requesting Lenders to please make sure they are including either a bailee letter OR wiring instructions for the Second Mortgage DPA Notes that are delivered. This will help speed up the purchasing of the DPA Seconds, as well as ensuring that the proceeds arrive at the proper destination.
Please forward this announcement to the appropriate staff at your lending institution involved in this process.
