Contract Signed with Additional Master Servicer, Lakeview Loan Servicing (“LLS”)
Dear Lending Partners:
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to announce our contract with an additional Master Servicer for FHA, VA, and USDA Home Advantage loans, Lakeview Loan Serving (“LLS”), has been signed.

Training dates, manual updates with further contact information, underwriting guidance, closing/funding instructions, and start date will also be announced soon. Please direct questions regarding the Mortgage Origination Agreements to Corinna Obar at Corinna.obar@wshfc.org or 206-287-4414.
