If you missed the previous training offered by ServiSolutions, here is another opportunity to attend the webinar.
ServiSolutions will be conducting mandatory training webinars for all participating lenders for the updated funding and delivery processes and procedures effective as of 7/15/16. The attendees should be crucial staff involved in the shipping/funding area as only 2 lines per lender will be available. Please register at the link below:

Important Changes
Section 12- Loan Purchase and Delivery
Delivery of Closed Loans-For loans closing on or after July 15, 2016, will be subject to the changes found in Section 12 of the manual:
All loans to be interim serviced by originating lender until the loan is purchased by ServiSolutions.
Loans must be purchased by Day 41 after loan closing. Loans not purchased by Day 41 will be assessed a 50 basis point fee in addition to applicable extension fees.
If the loan is not cleared for purchased by Day 71 from date of loan closing, the loan will be returned to the originating lender and the loan(s) will not be purchased.
Lenders are allowed one change per calendar year to their wiring instructions. Additional changes will cost $500 per change. Please plan accordingly.
