Program Announcement

July 1, 2016
Funds Available for MCC Use on July 6, 2016

Dear MCC Program Contact:

Thank you for participating in the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program.

We are pleased to announce, as of July 6, 2016, the Commission will have $90 million available for MCC use.

Once the above allocation is fully reserved, the Commission will take a “wait list”.

Please refer to Program Announcement dated December 24, 2015 for additional information on future funding and reservation requirements.

Please pass this announcement on to the staff at your lending institution involved in this program.
