FHA 203K Streamline No Longer Offered In Conjunction with Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity

Due to new guidance released by Ginnie Mae, ServiSolutions will no longer offer the FHA 203K Streamline product. ServiSolutions will honor any loan currently reserved on or before August 10, 2015 in the Mitas system. This change will not affect repair escrow holdbacks. Manual updates have been posted to Sections 2, 4, and 13 of the Home Advantage, EnergySpark, and House Key Opportunity manuals.

$1.5 million remaining in House Key Opportunity funds

Under the House Key Opportunity Program, the Commission currently has $1.5 million remaining in available funds. Once these funds have been allocated, the Commission will take a "Wait List" based upon cancellation. As noted in the June 24, 2015, House Key Opportunity Program Announcement: The total amount of funds for this program is dependent on housing revenue bond market conditions and the program may be withdrawn at any time after funding availability is announced.
