Downpayment Assistance for City of Bremerton and Pierce County Now Available

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to announce TWO new Downpayment Assistance Programs!

Bremerton Downpayment Assistance Program 

BREMERTON DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

In partnership with the City of Bremerton, funding is now available for the Bremerton Downpayment Assistance program for borrowers purchasing within the City of Bremerton limits.

Amount Available: $168,000

Dates of Availability:
Loan reservations will be accepted for the Bremerton Downpayment Assistance Program for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income beginning 07/02/2015. The downpayment assistance loan must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage. Bremerton Downpayment Assistance funds offer up to $20,000 in downpayment assistance and have a reduced rate of 3% deferred simple interest with no monthly payments, subject to availability. Pierce County Downpayment Assistance Progeram 

  PIERCE COUNTY DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

In partnership with Pierce County Community Connections, funding is now available for the Pierce County Downpayment Assistance program for borrowers purchasing within Pierce County, outside of the cities of Tacoma, Lakewood and Bonney Lake.

Amount Available: $600,000

Dates of Availability:
Loan reservations will be accepted for the Pierce County Downpayment Assistance Program for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income beginning 07/02/2015. The downpayment assistance loan must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage.
