Rural Housing Funding Authority Update
ServiSolutions® has been made aware that USDA/ Rural Housing sent notification that their funding authority will be temporarily unavailable for a brief time at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2015 that began October 1, 2014.
During this time, Rural Development plans to issue Conditional Commitments "subject to the availability of commitment authority" for purchase and refinance transactions.
ServiSolutions® WILL NOT purchase any USDA/ Guaranteed Rural Housing loans with Conditional Commitments "subject to funds availability".
ServiSolutions® will resume purchasing USDA loans only after USDA verifies that funding authority is once again available for the loans you are submitting for purchase.
As this is an annual occurrence, we anticipate USDA resolving this situation very soon.
