Home Advantage Program Release and Lock Requirements

The Commission’s Home Advantage Program will be open for reservations at 9:00 am on Monday, July 2. Daily rates will be posted to our website and to the Mitas Loan Reservation System.

As a reminder, a Home Advantage loan must be purchased by ServiSolutions within 60 days of reservation. Closed loan files need to be delivered to ServiSolutions within 10 days of loan closing. Lenders not meeting mandatory delivery dates will pay extension fees as described in the manual. Lenders not meeting mandatory delivery dates on a regular basis are subject to removal from the Program at the sole discretion of the Commission. Please check with your corporate office for any further restrictions implemented by your Lending Institution.

If you have not had a chance to review the Program Manual please do so prior to reserving your first Home Advantage loan. Please pay particular attention to Sections 2, 3, 4, & 7 regarding the reservation process. http://www.wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html
