Contract Signed with New Master Servicer, ServiSolutions
Dear Lending Partners:
We are delighted to announce our contract with our new Master Servicer, ServiSolutions, has been signed. Thank you for your patience during this transition. We especially want to express gratitude to our lenders who continued to process, close and service House Key loans in the interim.

Manual updates with further contact information, underwriting guidance, closing/funding instructions along with forms and shipping checklists will also be available soon. Until manual updates are posted, please direct questions regarding the Mortgage Origination Agreements or ServiSolutions manual updates to Lisa DeBrock at lisa.debrock@wshfc.org or 206-287-4461.
