Mitas Reservations and Master Servicer Update
Due to our computer export process, the Commission will accept reservations on the Mitas reservation system until 4:00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2011, for export to our current loan servicer, Bank of America. Reservations made after 4:00 PM on Friday, October 28, will automatically be earmarked for shipment to the new loan servicer.
At the October 27 Commission meeting, our staff will recommend a new master servicer for approval and an announcement to our lenders will follow shortly thereafter. Please stay tuned for information regarding new Mortgage Origination Agreements and any approval process with the new servicer.
