Questions and Answers

Q: It appears that the date on Attachment I – Proposal Certification Statement reflects the due date of the prior RFP. We assume this should be changed to the due date for this RFP but would like to confirm with the Commission.
A: You are correct. The date on Attachment 1 should state November 12, 2024.
