Reminder: Staff at Housing Washington
Dear Partners,
Homeownership staff will be attending Housing Washington September 24-26, 2024.
Pre-closing File Review Turn Times and Reservation Lock Inquiries:
Next week Homeownership staff will be attending the Commission's annual Housing Washington conference in Spokane. All responses may be delayed including file review, document review and rate buydown requests on Tuesday, September 24 through Thursday, September 26. Please plan accordingly.
What does this mean to me?
Please be advised all file and document review turn times may take 2-4 business days next week.
Any rate buydown quote requests will be reviewed and processed, however, please expect delays in response time.
We will have limited staff on hand and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: Complete submitted files can help expedite the review process. We appreciate your patience during this time and hope you will join us at Housing Washington!
