Rates Changing for House Key Opportunity First Mortgage Programs

Dear Lending Partners,

The House Key Opportunity First Mortgage Program rates are changing.

The new rates below will apply to reservations made on and after August 7, 2024 at 9:00 am PT:

6.125% - 1 point origination for FHA, VA and USDA loans.

For incomes at or below Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac 80% AMI:

6.375% -1 point origination for Fannie Mae HFA Preferred or Freddie Mac HFA Advantage.

For incomes above Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac 80% AMI:

6.75% - 1 point origination for Fannie Mae HFA Preferred or Freddie Mac HFA Advantage.

Please note:

Existing reservations under other Commission programs cannot be cancelled and re-reserved to receive a lower rate or switched to House Key.

All other terms and conditions for House Key Opportunity still applies.

This notice only applies to the House Key Opportunity First Mortgage Program. The Home Advantage Program is not affected by this notice.

Program interest rates are market driven and can change at any time without advance notice. Current program rates are posted on our website.
