New Target Areas for House Key Opportunity First Mortgage Program
Dear Lending Partners,
Target Areas from the 2020 census for House Key Opportunity First Program have been released by the IRS. New Target areas are effective immediately.
The Commission will honor a House Key loan currently reserved in our Lender Online system using old Target areas provided the loan closes on or before April 5, 2024.
New Target area maps have been posted to our website.
House Key manual updates have been made to Section 4.
