Reminder - Webinar: Expand Opportunities with Freddie Mac's HFA Advantage Program

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to partner with Freddie Mac to offer the HFA Advantage mortgage webinar training opportunity in February. Supporting HFAs in helping low-and moderate-income borrowers achieve their homeownership goals.

The webinar will cover the following key features and benefits:

Manufactured Housing

Inclusion of non-occupant borrowers

Expanded credit risk assessment with Loan Product Advisor (LPA)

Introduction to DPA One
