REMINDER: All Homeownership Staff at All Day Off-site Event
Dear Partners,
Just a friendly reminder!
All homeownership staff will be attending a Commission wide off-site event on Friday, October 18, 2024. All responses may be delayed including pre & post file review, document review, reservation lock inquiries and rate buydown requests. Please plan accordingly.
What does this mean to me?
Please be advised all file and document review turn times may take 2-4 business days next week.
All LockDesk requests including: reservation updates, lock extensions and rate buydown quote requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, however, please expect delays in response time.
We will have no available staff on hand and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: Complete submitted files can help expedite the review process. We appreciate your patience during this time!
