Pierce County Downpayment Assistance Program

Dear Partners,

SUNSET OF THE PIERCE COUNTY DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

As of July 13, 2022 the Pierce County downpayment assistance were fully reserved.

Pierce County notified the Commission they are considering other avenues to utilize their funds for homeownership/buyer activities.

Effective today, the Commission will sunset the Pierce County downpayment assistance program.

We want to thank Pierce County for a wonderful partnership.

The Commission continues to offer other options for downpayment assistance available for use in Pierce county and throughout the state.
