2022 80% Area-Median Income (AMI) Limits for Freddie Mac

Dear Lending Partners,

Effective with reservations made on and after June 6, 2022, the Commission will be adopting the 2022 80% Area Median Income Limits (AMI) on our Freddie Mac HFA Home Advantage and House Key Conventional Loans.

Per Freddie Mac's announcement LPA will be updated accordingly.

Fannie Mae's announcement will be forthcoming.

The 2022 80% Area-Median Income Limits for the Freddie Mac program will be posted shortly on our website for your convenience.
