Dear Lending Partners,

Effective June 27, 2022, the Commission will be adopting the 2022 80% Area Median Income Limits (AMI) on our Fanne Mae HFA Preferred Home Advantage and House Key Conventional Loans.

Per Fannie Mae's announcement, DU will apply the 2022 AMI limits to new DU loan casefiles created on or after June 24, 2022. Loan casefiles created prior to June 24, 2022 will continue to use the 2021 limits.

The 2022 80% Area-Median Income Limits for our conventional programs will be posted on our website for your convenience.
