Allowable Lender Fees
Dear Lenders,
Happy New Year!
Effective January 3, 2023, the Commission will be increasing the allowable fees charged by lenders for loan processing, underwriting, document preparation, etc from up to $1500 to up to $1800 on our Home Advantage and House Key first mortgage programs.
The Common checklist will apply to loans delivered to Lakeview Loan Servicing or Idaho Housing and Finance Association.
Section 2 of our Home Advantage and House Key manuals have been updated.
