Loan Delivery Checklist to Master Loan Servicers
Dear Lenders,
Great News!
Effective January 3, 2023, the Commission will implement the Common Delivery Checklist for our Home Advantage and House Key loan programs.
The Common checklist will apply to loans delivered to Lakeview Loan Servicing or Idaho Housing and Finance Association.
Section 12 of our Home Advantage and House Key manuals have been updated. You may also find the loan delivery checklist on our website under forms for the applicable first mortgage program.
