Pierce County Downpayment Assistance Program
Dear Lending, Real Estate and Non-Profit Partners,
Exciting News!!!
We are pleased to announce the long awaited improved Pierce County Downpayment Assistance program. In partnership with The Pierce County Community Development Corporation, funding is now available for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income, purchasing within Pierce County, outside of the City of Tacoma, Lakewood, Bonney Lake, Auburn and Pacific city limits.
Amount Available: $440,000.
Dates of availability:
For reservations made on and after January 24, 2022 at 9:00 am PT, the following applies:
up to $55,000 in downpayment assistance.
3% simple interest, payment deferred.
The Pierce County DPA must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage program.
