Internet Outage Update
Dear Lending Partners,
The Commission is still experiencing an unforeseen internet service disruption that may last a few days. The outage is affecting our ability to accept new reservations, view uploaded loan documents and lenders are unable to upload documents in the Emphasys system. In an effort to provide continued support to our lenders, we are taking the following measures to assist with new reservations.
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE TEMPORARY AND WILL BE DISCONTINUED ONCE OUR INTERNET SERVICE IS RESTORED.
NEW LOAN RESERVATIONS – The Commission will post rates on the website by 9:00am as usual. To request a new reservation, please use the following link complete the form, and click “submit”. Requests received between 9:00am - 4:00pm PST will receive that day’s posted rate. Requests received after 4:00pm PST will receive the next day’s available rate. The Commission will email a reservation confirmation once the request is processed.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this temporary disruption. We will make an announcement once our service is restored.
