2021 Area-Median Income (AMI) Limits

Dear Lending Partners,

On June 17, 2021 the Commission will be adopting the new 2021 Area Median Income Limits for the Home Advantage and House Key Conventional Loans.

Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have udpated the appropriate AUS accordingly.

The 2021 80% Area-Median Income Limits have been posted on our website for your convenience.
